Minaa Mohmand

Minaa Mohmand is Special Counsel at Withstand Lawyers. She was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2016 and acts for injured people in motor vehicle accident, public liability, work injury damages and TPD claims.

As Special Counsel, Minaa advises on complex and higher value claims: serious injuries, disputed liability and matters heading towards litigation. She gives clients a clear view of what their claim is worth and what it will take to get there, before anyone commits to anything.
